For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 45 days prior to trip departure: No charge (Full refund will be made but transaction fee will be paid by you).
- 30-45 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 15-29 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 7-14 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 7 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Note:
- The above fees are subject to an added bank transaction fee.
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.
- All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by us.

If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. Take the morning trip to visit Independence Palace, also known at the Reunification palace, was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace. The Independence palace is a widely known landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu. Continue seeing the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times such as the Notre Dame Cathedral or Tan Dinh Church, the historic Central Post Office. Followed by the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum the museum has a vast display of the both the Indochina wars. or visit Ben Thanh market for private tour
Have lunch at local restaurant.
Depart for Cu Chi tunnel, the trip will take approximately one and a half hours bus driving. Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have some short introduction followed by introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of the war time. Then, spend your time to explore the remaining area and tunnel systems which included the special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purpose during the war. Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerilla’s food during the war) will be served.
Break time for relax or time for those who want to try the real shooting gun.

For group tour: If your hotel is located on some streets such as Le Duan, Hai Ba Trung, Thi Sach, Thai Van Lung,Ton Đuc Thang, Mac Đinh Chi, Le Thanh Ton, Ly Tu Trong, Ben Thanh, Nguyen Van Cu: We can offer free pickup and drop off at the hotel (we will reconfirm pickup possibility and pickup after the booking is made). Other places: come to the meeting point (220 De Tham, district 1) for pickup at 07.40AM.

This day trip is good for people like me who can't give much time to stay in HCMC. The trip brought us most famous areas in HCMC and Cu Chi tunnel. It was a well- organized trip with enough information about HCMC and vietnamese people. Good job done by our tour guide who gave us the knowledge about Vietnam wars and history of vietnam.

I generally enjoyed the full-Day Ho Chi Minh City and Cu Chi Tunnels Tour. The positive things:It's a fairly effective way to see important places in the city, get some historical facts and then combine it with the Cu Chi Tunnels. Our guide Yen was fun and he especially did a good job at showing us around in the Cu Chi Tunnels. The lunch was good and the drinks (paid by yourself) were excellent - the MaiTai is strong and the watermelon juice amazing. When you get on the bus in the morning (if you didn't select pickup), they will guide you to the bus via a number on a sign they are holding up. The number should match the one on your stamped ticket, that you get at the office. No need to print your ticket, just show it on the phone. Room for improvement: while the lunch was good, it was a bit too small for a western stomach. Also, I was adviced to come to the office for pickup no later than 7:45 am. Then I stood there and waited for the bus 30 minutes... Our full day tour was combined with a morning half-day tour and an afternoon half-day tour, and thus we wasted some time getting people on and off the bus. I could also have used more time in the War Reminants Museum (which was horrifying and thought-provoking at the same time) and less time at the Palace.

This was my favorite tour that I did in Vietnam. I was really impressed with the tour guide. I forget his real name but he said we could call him K. He was very passionate about his job and taught me so much about the history of Vietnam. He took the time to answer questions and explain. I was blown away by how much I learned and how interesting the cu chi tunnels were. And we got to go inside and imagine what it must have been like. I’d highly recommend this tour!!

I am working out a schedule for a trip to Vietnam at Xmas. I will have 3 or 4 days in Ho Chi Minh city 4 adults and a 3 yr old. Is there anything I shouldn’t miss? Recommendations for good child friendly hotels and did anyone take kids in the cu chi tunnel tour? Thanks

Hello, Thanks for your question. You can do a Mekong delta day trip, and Saigon city and Cu Chi tunnels. You can take your infant to the Cu Chi Tunnels. But I recommend that you can go arround but not try go inside the tunnel with your infants. Tour guide will offer short and long way you can try yourself. There are many hotel suitable for your family such as Elios, Blue Diamond, Golden hotel or so on.

Hello, You can join shooting gun activity at Cu Chi Tunnel. The price is 50 000 VND per shooting (same as $3usd).
